Exports
The Exports page generates registry, benchmarking and filing exports and hands you the finished files to download. It’s a read-and-manage surface: a Viewer can open it, generating an export needs the manage-records role (Admin / Provider), and a Scribe is denied.
Set the reporting window with From and To at the top — the period-scoped exports are computed over that range, from your finalized records only.
A paid tier
Section titled “A paid tier”Exports are part of advanced analytics. On a plan without it — and without the accreditation add-on — the page shows “Exports are part of advanced analytics” with an Upgrade to unlock button. Your free coarse benchmarks stay available on the Benchmarks tab regardless.
The export families
Section titled “The export families”CABC accreditation indicators
Section titled “CABC accreditation indicators”Sentinel events and the required outcome rates for the selected period, computed over your finalized records. Select Generate JSON.
ACNM benchmarking (with consent capture)
Section titled “ACNM benchmarking (with consent capture)”Practice-level aggregate counts and the headline benchmark targets for the period. ACNM benchmarking has a consent step that must be completed first — Prepare ACNM report for <year>:
- Contact person 1 (must be an ACNM member) and an optional Contact person 2, chosen from your practice’s members.
- The contact’s ACNM member ID.
- Two permission questions: Permission to publish practice and Permission for BirthTracks to send this data to ACNM.
Select Save consent — the panel then shows Consent recorded (or Consent required until it’s complete), with who recorded it and when. Your answers are recorded for the reporting year and travel with the generated report.
Before generating, Review worksheet opens Review the <year> worksheet — the exact values the export will contain, computed by the same code that writes the file, so the screen and the submission can’t disagree. You can correct a value before submitting; a short reason is required, and the export records both the computed and the submitted value.
MANA research cohort
Section titled “MANA research cohort”A flat, de-identified (Safe Harbor), one-row-per-course extract of your practice’s data, MANA Stats 2.0 shaped. Select Generate CSV. (Unlike the accreditation reports, the research cohort is advanced-analytics only — the accreditation add-on alone does not unlock it.)
A fourth card, State-mandate per-course filing, produces an identified one-row-per-course filing for a chosen Jurisdiction, shaped for that state’s approved registry organization.
Recent exports and downloads
Section titled “Recent exports and downloads”Exports are computed on a queue, not inline. Each request appears under Recent exports with its Export, File and Status; the panel polls until the status reads Ready (or Failed), at which point a Download button appears. When there are none yet, the panel reads “Exports you generate will appear here, ready to download.”
Downloads sit outside the subscription paywall deliberately: a lapsed account can still download its own generated data, for data portability.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Import from CSV — bring records in from another system.
- Printing & list downloads — the per-roster export and print toolbar.
