Your data

Your records are yours. You can download a complete copy at any time, and you can close your account when you’re done.

Back up a copy of your records

From Settings → Profile, under Backup & your data, you can back up a copy of your practice records — patients, births, babies, visits and procedures. Choose the format that suits you:

• Prepare spreadsheet backup — a set of spreadsheets (one per record type) you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
• Prepare JSON export — the complete, full-fidelity copy of your data.

You can narrow an export to a Births from / Births to date range and a single attending provider, or leave those blank to export the whole roster.

Preparing an export runs in the background. When it’s ready, a Download link appears for that export so you can save the file.

Note

Exporting your data keeps working even if your subscription lapses, so you can always take your records with you.

Note

Accreditation, benchmarking and state-filing exports are the registry’s reporting exports and live separately under Registry → Exports. The backup here is your full practice roster; the two surfaces link to each other.

Delete your account

The Delete account section at the bottom of Settings → Profile removes your account and all of its resources. This is permanent, so download anything you want to keep first.
